PLEXOR A2 is a ventless automated oven that combines impingement, rapid cook, and convection technologies in one unit. Its modular design allows for easy configuration and retrofitting to meet changing menu needs. The oven operates all three technologies through a single user interface and plug, offering convenience and flexibility. Additionally, PLEXOR A2 can be ordered with left or right automated loading/unloading door orientations to further optimize kitchen workflows.
